On November 16th, the Vivo X9 and Vivo X9 Plus are expected to be unveiled.
The X9 carries a dual camera setup on front (20MP and 8MP) with a 16MP
snapper on back. The Snapdragon 653 chipset powers the device and 6GB of
RAM is included, along with 64GB of native storage. The X9 Plus will
have dual cameras on both the front and back of the unit.
Vivo has another high-end model that will be introduced this month and go on sale in December. That phone is the Vivo Xplay 6. The unit is equipped with a screen carrying a 1440 x 2560 (QHD) resolution. Powering the handset will be the Snapdragon 821 SoC featuring a quad-core CPU and the Adreno 530 GPU. 6GB of RAM is inside along with 128GB of native storage. Keeping the hamster wheel spinning is the 4000mAh battery that is included. Funtouch OS 3.0, based on Android, is pre-installed.
Sounds like November and December will be very busy months for Vivo. Pricing and availability for the X9, X9 Plus and Xplay 6 will be announced when the devices are unveiled.
